Update:  The build should remain up at the link provided on the sidebar on the right.  Let us know if it goes down and we’ll post another of many links.

The 2.0 build is still available for download.

Rename your folder to sourceforts2, drop it in your SourceMods folder, and play/vomit.

There is also a thread with a bunch of screenshots showing just how ugly and weird SourceForts apparently will be.
